LDIP creates a supportive environment where young women are inspired to lead confidently, pursue excellence, and uplift one another far beyond the program itself.

ROLE MODELS & LEADERSHIP

Learning From Women Who Lead

Each intern is paired with a role model who provides guidance, encouragement, and support while helping interns strengthen confidence, communication, and leadership skills.

By connecting with accomplished women from the business, educational, and professional community, interns gain insight, inspiration, and examples of leadership in action.
